SF Corporate Brainrot Hi, I miss you! Let’s hang out soon! When are you free? Two weeks from now? Can we find time next month? I have 99+ emails, 346 unread texts, and mentally preparing to visit ông nội scheduled for this June. What should we do? A walk? Picnic? Grab some food? Pretend to like the taste of beer? How about in July, when my chest feels a little less heavy? Yeah, I’m okay. Doing the same. I still have my red ball of yarn. Would you like to unravel it so you can tie a nice little ribbon around my heart? Drag and tug and toss it around? Play catch with it and pretend everything is lighter? That sounds kind of fun. Maybe you can interlace your pinky with mine, do me a favor and help my skin remember flesh against flesh. Then, I’ll pass you the cigarette and flirt with everything I never vowed to be. These summer months feel cold, so cold, and there’s warmth from the fire in between your lips. Or, we can play this new game I made. It’s called Saviors. We exchange glances and whispers then ask the ghosts if anyone out there is listening. Or, we can pretend they aren’t eavesdropping and become the skeptics the world always rewards. I don’t know, let me know what you think. What else could we do instead? Yeah, we can circle back in July.
